OUR HISTORY
Badger Wire, Inc. was founded in 1989 to extrude large gauge wire. Since 1989, Badger Wire, Inc. has been building its reputation for its extrusion capabilities, quality and service. Today, Badger Wire is considered a valuable addition to the industry. In November of 1999, Badger Wire became ISO 9001:2015 registered and maintains the most current ISO registration to date.
Our Davis-Standard extrusion equipment provides us with enhanced capabilities for extrusion speed, while maintaining close tolerances and consistent quality. Also, Badger Wire has expanded into tubing and multi-conductor wire products.
Finally, Badger Wire’s size, relative to many larger wire manufacturers, allows us to be very responsive to our customers’ needs. In many cases, we can offer smaller “minimum quantity” runs than the larger manufacturers, yet we can turn out substantial footage of heavy gauge requirements within one to three weeks. Badger has made a commitment to service and will typically have either finished product in stock for immediate shipment, or raw material available to run quickly in order to support your needs.
With our combined technical capabilities and unique understanding of this business, we are confident we can provide the highest quality battery cable at competitive prices, with service that our current customers will have trouble finding with other insulated wire manufacturers in the USA.
