Badger Wire owners acquire company’s Pewaukee building

The owners of Badger Wire have acquired the Pewaukee building the company is leasing and plan to expand by adding another production line there this year.

The 98,000-square-foot building, W226 N758 Eastmound Drive, was handed over by its previous owners to a California-based company that owned the mortgage on the building. Badger Wire president Bill Harwood said he heard it was up for sale and sealed the deal to buy it for $2.5 million in March.
